Today we bring you a fairly complex malfunction of a Volkswagen Phaeton Radio Navigator. The issue with this unit is that the display turns off, causing the radio or audio to stop playing. In some cases, the module remains backlit with a black screen. We mentioned at the beginning of the article that it is a complex issue because the failure occurs intermittently; at times, the unit may work correctly for days but then unexpectedly fails again.
